Hollywood is on strike! The actors of the industry’s largest union, SAG-AFTRA, struck on July 14. The Writers Guild of America (WGA) has been on strike since early May. Both unions are demanding improved working conditions and fair compensation in an industry challenged by artificial intelligence, streaming, reality TV and inflation.
